So yesterday was weigh in Wednesday, not such a good outcome. I knew I would be up after the long weekend, so I wasn't totally surprised. I am having a bit of a problem getting back on track, I feel like I am eating everything under the sun and never getting full or satisfied. Its showing on my caloric intake on the daily basis. I am really trying to get back on track, my goal is to lose the 2 pounds that I put on to get to the minimum that the program was set up 5% of my starting body weight. I will keep plugging away at it. I have one more official weigh in (next Wednesday)so we'll see how that plays out
