I feel so tired today. Yesterday I have been swimming 1km again. I was very very tired again but with a snack before going to the swimming pool and some willpower I did it. Afterwords I was so tired, the colleague I went to swim with told me I looked so pale and tired that I'd better rest once at home. Anyway, I went out for a drink with some friends. I came home so so so tired.
I am happy I have a normal life again and thanks to this diet I feel I have back the energy I had when I was 22. On the other hand, I feel I need more rest than when I was 22 (even if, I remember I used to be super tired during weekends and holidays at that time).
Things I am thankful for: -My nice little flat -My friend M. -Coffee :) -The nice afternoon I spent with my Italian friends -Being able to work again -Feeling more happy than few months ago -Being strong to face life again.
I will try to watch few CSI episodes than I'll hopefully sleep. Have a good time, FS buddies!!! :)
