I’ve been eating/binge drinking prior to the past week+ not tracking. I’ve never been in the 150 range and I hope not to get there. I’m eliminating alcohol and wow I didn’t even want to post this weight update but I’m feeling optimistic for the future and forging better habits so cheers!
