I started the master cleanse Aug.20th and ended on sept.30th 40 days total begining wieght was 212 and ending was 183.4 now I would like to lose 10 lbs. before Thanksgiving. then maitain it till new years maybe do another Master Cleanse after my birthday for 30 or 40 days and then back to Paleo or Atkins.
