Diario de loosinisfun, 06 abr. 08

Day 307..GOOD SUNDAY MORNING!!! been tryin to eat more in calories, but most of the time its time to eat, im not hungry and i feel like im shovelin calories in that im not sure i need..i feel like im over eating with calories..i had a mt dew yesterday about 4pm, and figured it would have me bouncin off the walls last night, but when it came time to go to bed..i was out when my head touched the pillow..slept like normally..i was really surprised..lol..i was awake cause of both knees bothering me from walkin to fast yesterday..used heating pad on em..they do feel better today, so probably gonna go for a morning walk, just not as fast as yesterday..41 outside..suppose to be nice like it was yesterday..68 later today..so another nice day to be out an enjoy..its just so enjoyable to be able to do things outside, and actually be able to do them instead of doing them halfway cause you dont feel like doing them, or physically cant bend down to do them...just amazing how gettin fit can make you feel so much better..got out yesterday afternoon and cleand out a catch all, and straightened it up ..that in past years i would have put off..then drove out to a friends house and just got out in the afternoon air an enjoyed the day shootin the breeze..his wife is workin out using a tae bo dvd and im gonna call her bck up today and ask her more about it..the usual questions, is it for beginners, is it worth buyin..stuff like that..that would be a different workout for me, and with my laptop i could move it outside to the back porch where there is more room to workout on the nicer days..which are gettin more of so winter is about over and the warmer temps are gettin more of them..im past ready..well everyone have a great day!!!!!

Addon: just got my morning walk in..took 47 minutes today..didnt want to push it since my knees hurt so bad last night during my sleepin time..so just took it easy on my walk to keep them moving and to get a walk in..gonna be nice again today...68 or so..so im gonna get out an away from the computer again and cut bottom off a door, so it will close like its suppose to..then who knows what i might find to do..

Ours knees are precious things we take for granted on most days!! I have a knee brace thing that I use from time to time but if they bother you, don't overdo your workout! Let them rest and be kind to em'... Your weight chart looks great!!

Hey Lorik, can I borrow your leg brace?! OH...well, I guess I don't need it as bad as Loosin', so Loosin, can I borrow the leg brace AFTER you?? LOL Happy Sunday to you and I hope you rest those knees a little!

Gettin fit makes ya feel like a brand new person! I am so proud of you, Mike! And btw I love Tae Bo! I've used the beginner's tapes before and they're great!

I hear ya about the knees. I have to be careful with the bike, as mine start to feel "stiff/swollen" when I ride for 15-20 mins, too. Funny, I wished I had a problem with adding calories, ... lol but I surely do not! Keep up the great work and be nice to them knees!! :)
