I was up a little bit today... according to the scale. I really don't understand how hard it's going to be to get rid of these last pounds... I mean, is it really going to be that much harder? Or just slower...?

I don't get it. It's like I can feel that this is going to be a struggle. I don't know why!

Well, toots, it will most likely be slower, which makes it seem more difficult. The effort is the same, it just takes longer to see the results. The body just tries to protect itself. The only thing I know you can try is to mix up workouts, eat "a lot" one day, then low calorie for a day, then normal for several and try to shock your body so it doesn't quite know what's up. I've tried that before and it sometimes helps. So eat like 1600 - 1800 one day, then 1200, then do your 1500 or so usual. It might work. Then again, it could very well be stress and water retention, too. Hey, at least you're CLOSE to your goal! : )

Yes its slower way slower....but it will. comr off. I agree with redwinelover shock your body...it'll work. Felita
