day 306..ANOTHER DAY TO WORK OFF THE FLAB!!! its bck to 34 this morning, but later today its suppose to hit 62..im ready for the warmer morning temps..gettin ready for my morning walk..and layering up..i went for my morning walk, but increased the speed at which i walked it..it usually takes 45 minutes ...today i walked it in 42 min..then went to the gym and did a 35 min bike ride..alittle over 6miles..then did another 10 min and called it a day at the gym..soon as it warms up im gonna head outside and do some chores..

MINI GOALS TO FOCUS ON !!!!
1. GET THE CALORIE INTAKE UP TO 1400-1500!!!!
2. PUSH THE WORKOUTS!!!
3. DO A MORNING WORKOUT, AND AN AFTERNOON WORKOUTS, TO KEEP THE METABOLISM WORKING ALL DAY!!!
4. WATER, WATER, WATER, GET YOUR DAILY WATER INTAKE!!!!!
5. CUT OUT THE PROCESSED FOOD !!!! (TOO MORE SALT IN IT)
6. THINK POSITIVE !!! IT HELPS KEEP YOU MOTIVATED!!!
7. LOOK AT YOUR SUCCESS, FROM WHEN YOU FIRST STARTED..
8. USE FS FOOD JOURNAL, LET THE NUMBERS KEEP BETTER TRACK OF YOUR EATING HABITS!!

HOPE EVERYONE HAS A GREAT DAY, AND KEEP THAT BODY MOVING!!! WORK OFF THE CALORIES!!!

Hey my buddy - NICE job on the loss this week! Honestly, I get tired just reading about how much exercise and walking you do - It simply puts me to shame - OMG If I just followed you around for a day I don't think I could keep up! While slowly losing weight can seem disappointing - it is the healthiest way to do it. Not a contest but a new forever lifestyle....and you my friend are doing a fantastic job!

thanks everyone was around 57 here today and i spent the day outside an away from the computer..was so nice..got several things done that i had been puttin off, but now its fun doing all them things...lol..
