I did one that turned out good but it was not 2tone in color. Wish 3 eggs for 4minutes while oven preheats 350F. Melt 1tbsp butter on medium high in cast iron skillet 9 inch and pour in egg. Cook 2 minutes on stove then transfer to oven for 3 minutes. Transfer back to stove for 2 more minutes on medium high. Fold and serve.
