Diario de Lotus, 04 abr. 08

The scale was still stuck this morning, but the good news is I feel more stable this morning. I had eggs for breakfast and I feel a lot more satisfied than I did yesterday. I felt like I was fighting against cravings all day yesterday. I am going to concentrate on eating plenty of protein and fiber today, rather than just trying to have a low calorie day, because that sometmes backfires. Eating more low fat protein keeps me from losing control anyways and fiber also helps me stay full so here's hoping for a good day.
I did NOT get much exercise yesterday, that has to change today!

That should help with the cravings.... also if you really do battle them for long enough they will go away... I think its three days and then its gone, at least i hope so cos Im on my third day of no chocolate! Good luck

You exercise so much that I'm sure one day of little exercise won't make a big difference. The scale will drop for you soon!
