Just finished reading a bunch of journals, they are wonderful. Some are good, some are bad/sad and a lot of them are just people that need some help. I am no expert on nutrition, but you need to control not just the calories, but the type of calories you consume. If you are not getting enough calories, then drinking pop/cola (or any high fructose sugar drinks) is not the answer. Your body is extremely good at converting it all to FAT. Add better calories like fruits, veggies, meat and even carbs. Just adding sugar is not going to help you succeed. Log everything you eat and then look back at your log if you are not happy with your loss. I am not saying "beat yourself up" if you slip up, but try to learn why you may not be succeeding and fix it. If I can do it, anyone can.
