Whew. That was a close one ya'll. I almost went off the deep end. I was concentrating on trying to have a low calorie day, like 1250 or so, but I gave into cravings several times today and it added up quick, and I ended up with the same calories as yesterday. I feel like a failure when I do not meet my own expectations, and usually it is no biggie to have a lower calorie day, but I have felt hungry all day. Well, I started to just go nuts and KEEP eating, when I came to my senses! What good would that do?? I'm only at 1490 calories,if I stop NOW it is possible I could still lose, at the worst at least I shouldn't gain anything but water. What was I thinking?? That is the old me, the new me knows when to stop while ahead!! I took the food I had begun preparing and chunked it in the trash and brushed my teeth!
