Diario de Athensgym, 08 dic. 18

Been away for awhile. Just to lazy to log food and exercise everyday.I think I have put on about 4 - 5 pounds of muscle. Shirts are tighter across back and shoulders. Not necessarily a good thing so I will change up my workout routine. Still looking for 225 as a maintenance weight for 2 or 3 years, then down to 210 for my 70th.
Did 5 sets of 10 chin ups today with a 30 pound band assist as warm up before my weights. I am not unhappy with my overall progress but have to remember I am not 16 anymore.
107,7 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 26,3 kg.    Aún para ir: 5,6 kg.    Dieta seguida: 100%.
