The bad thing about losing weight quickly... is when you hit a small speed bump. So, today I think Heidi and I are going to talk the pups and kids on a nice LONG walk in order to coax some more of this weight off. Plus, I think it's going to reach about 88 degrees. That should help, Lol.

Food Plan for the day:

Breakfast: two eggs, tea w/ splenda

snack: LF cottage cheese

Lunch: Steamed broccoli, carrots, and cauliflower. Sugar free red bull

Snack: string cheese

Dinner: Chicken breast and asparagus

   Apoyo
