Diario de Silverweb, 01 jun. 10

Well, here is the pattern of weight loss. First realize I never fall off the diet and never skip my exercise, so I am losing. But it is like this: first I show no weight loss for a week, then boom, down a few lbs. Then it goes back on according to the scale and stays there. Then down another 4 lbs, and celebrate. But it goes back up a few. See what I mean? So the water is filling in the fat cells and those naughty little fat cells want to stay plump! Anyhow, it seems that the body is so good at holding onto whatever it can. So I'm not getting upset or defeated. It keeps going down over time, even if it does this crazy game. And my clothes are literally falling off of me! Yay!

Alright, silverweb, good for you for recognizing your persoanl weight loss pattern, and not getting discouraged. And hooray for the loose clothing. That is what happens to me, I lose inches when I am not loosing weight. Keep up the good work.
