Diario de loosinisfun, 02 abr. 08

DAY 303..GOOOOOD WEDNESDAY MORNING EVERYONE!!!!! well all them nice temps have came and went again..36 outside..so gonna be puttin all my layers on again today..was really breazy yesterday afternoon so got my afternoon walk inside..probly get it in again today same place..have decided only way to get the weight off is to PUSH THE WORKOUTS!!!! doing more, thru out the day, speeds up the metabolism so thats why all the workouts each day this week..im hopin to see the scales move this week..im really workin on it this week..and when i was on the scales yesterday it was in the down mode..when its in the down mode..makes me want to quit my workout and call it a day but i kno i cant, cause gotta keep pushin the workouts ... total steps yesterday was 15602...so tryin to get more today..

ADDON: been a busy day..so far
45 min morning walk
30 on bike
25 on elliptical
10 on bike
30 min afternoon walk
30 min ab crunches

ive been keepin my calories up this week an its helpin..you would think to drop weight off it would work the opposite...and fewer calories would make you loose...but it doesnt work that way...

MINI GOALS TO FOCUS ON !!!!
1. GET THE CALORIE INTAKE UP TO 1400-1500!!!!
2. CUT OUT THE PROCESSED FOOD !!!! (TOO MORE SALT IN IT)
3. CHANGE THE NEGATIVE TO POSITIVE!!!!
4. LOOK AT YOUR SUCCESS, FROM WHEN YOU FIRST STARTED..
5. PUSH THE WORKOUTS!!!
6. DO A MORNING WORKOUT, AND AN AFTERNOON WORKOUTS, TO KEEP THE METABOLISM WORKING ALL DAY!!!
7. WATER, WATER, WATER, GET YOUR DAILY WATER INTAKE!!!!!
8. USE FS FOOD JOURNAL, LET THE NUMBERS KEEP BETTER TRACK OF YOUR EATING HABITS!!

keep that body movin, its the only way of workin off the excess!!!

Eating more to lose, This was a hard change to make in my mind. But it is sooooo true!! Way to push throught the workouts!

MY steps today so far is 15537..but still more to add before bedtime...
