no time for a long journal my people.. i'm back, alive.. and had a great time on my vk... due to the cruise and my TOM coming i'm gonna do my first weigh in maybe Friday, however i'm back on track as of today... hope u guys had a good weekend! longer journal soon :)...

@ skinny oddly I was craving my lifestyle by the end of it so I'm doing awesome! Love that I forced that month on myself of strict control bc now it feels normal! @ hcb it was so amazing!! Snorkeling at a reef in Nassau... Relaxing on the beach in the Bahamas.. Ugh miss it!!
