Got to the gym this morning, a little later than usual but at least I got there! And I really worked out hard today. I did 3.32 miles on the elliptical in 30 minutes. That is my personal best! It felt good. I amtrying to push myself just a little bit farther each day. So far so good. Today I am going to try to keep my carbs a little lower than yeaterday. I stayed up later than usual last night and ended up having a snack that I would not have had if I had been in bed. But that's okay. That was yesterday. And I still came in under my calorie goal. I didn't go overboard. But I am going to try to do even better today!
