DAY 302..GOOOOOOD MORNING FS!!!!!! alittle cooler this morning then yesterday morning..52 outside..had storms last night..i figured after yesterdays work out i would wake up just alittle sore, but im not the lest bit sore..so guess il try to do it all over again today..try and get more steps then i did yesterday..gotta keep pushin my workouts..


ADDON: alot cooler here today..45 now..with wind chill like 34..so not sure if i can beat yesterdays steps but gonna try..gotta push the workouts..the scales did show a loss this morning, so i guess eating more calories, is helping...

45 min morning walk
30 min bike
30 min bike
10 min bike
30 min afternoon walk
30 min dumbbell workout
total steps today is 15602...

MINI GOALS TO FOCUS ON !!!!
1. GET THE CALORIE INTAKE UP TO 1400-1500!!!!
2. CUT OUT THE PROCESSED FOOD !!!! (TOO MORE SALT IN IT)
3. CHANGE THE NEGATIVE TO POSITIVE!!!!
4. LOOK AT YOUR SUCCESS, FROM WHEN YOU FIRST STARTED..
5. PUSH THE WORKOUTS!!!
6. DO A MORNING WORKOUT, AND AN AFTERNOON WORKOUTS, TO KEEP THE METABOLISM WORKING ALL DAY!!!
7. WATER, WATER, WATER, GET YOUR DAILY WATER INTAKE!!!!!
8. USE FS FOOD JOURNAL, LET THE NUMBERS KEEP BETTER TRACK OF YOUR EATING HABITS!!

you sure are physically active! Keep up the good work! I bought a pedometer and it sucked! it felt fragile and fell off a half-dozen times! On top of that, I checked it's accuracy a few times and it was WRONG every time! so I took it back and got another one yesterday and it's the type that has to be calibrated to your step! jeeeez! I don't know....it might have to go back to the store too!
