DAY 302..GOOOOOOD MORNING FS!!!!!! alittle cooler this morning then yesterday morning..52 outside..had storms last night..i figured after yesterdays work out i would wake up just alittle sore, but im not the lest bit sore..so guess il try to do it all over again today..try and get more steps then i did yesterday..gotta keep pushin my workouts..
ADDON: alot cooler here today..45 now..with wind chill like 34..so not sure if i can beat yesterdays steps but gonna try..gotta push the workouts..the scales did show a loss this morning, so i guess eating more calories, is helping...
