A few people asked why I am so focused on 173 and December 19th. The back story is I had an elective surgery planned for November 14th...until the nurse called and said, "Your BMI is too high for our outpatient facility."
I was mortified considering how much weight I have lost, and know BMI is an antiquated measure...but it now means being 173 or less on December 19th which is the surgery reschedule date!
SO, I am kicking it hard to really get there and stay there by the pre-surgery weigh in. The ironic part is I am getting loose skin on my underarms removed because of my weight loss.
