gooooooooooood saturday mornin everyone...kept up an movin all day yesterday...did my morning walk an a 34 min bike ride to no where...had my first 15 k in before lunch..had planned on doing another bike ride, but instead brian stopped by about 1 an we trimmed the shrubs...so....i ended up with doing another 8 k just walking in the yard cleaning up shrub ends...so total for the day was 22k + ....todays plan is simple...stay outta the sun as much as possible...do a morning walk, then 2 x 40 min stationary bike rides...and if i have any energy after that...then might do a 30 min one...im up again this morning at 3am...not sure why im waking up so early...but id rather still be in bed sleepin..lol..im almost sure there will be a nap in my future today...today starts my 24 hour detox..will do one today an tomomw...just to cleanse my body off all toxins...i liked the way i felt last week that i thought i would start doing it every weekend...well...have a greatttttttttttt day and a greatttttttttt weekend everyone...
