Day one of the 28 day eating challenge, I Pray and hope that I stick to it till the end. I know for a fact that the hardest part will be that glass of wine but hey I shall overcome. The will to lose weight is greater than ever before

Day 2 today, they said the first 3 days are the hardest, if we get past 5 days at least we are on our way to a good start

Did day 1 today. Not too bad, but really missing something sweet tonight. And a dreadful headache from 8 this evening. But I see from the comments, that is quite comment.

Day 4, weigh in day. I’m 3kgs lighter than when I started. Totally worth it 😁

HI Guys - If you have a headache then having a sweet cup of coffee or tea really helps. I am on day 4 and i am 2kgs down. Stay strong - it really is worth it and also try to have your water cos that really makes a big difference.

Did day 3 today. Headache much better, but really craving something sweet. Not hungry at all. Enjoying the menu so far.

Going stronger and excited guys, thank you. My waistline is shrinking and I feel energetic. Ran 5 km for 3 consecutive days (first time - always have rest day in between). All the best!

Well done Vicky, I’ll go back to running next week. I’ve just been doing classes and weights at gym this week. Back on the road next week. Definitely see the difference
