I am so happy I didn't gain any weight this week, I was really worried because of all food I ate this past weekend. I don't know how I'm doing it, I'm just glad I am. I have worked so hard to keep it going. I'm still very annoyed that I haven't been able to exercise much through this whole process. Looking at my weight history, I started off really slow, and as the weeks progressed I started to see the weight drop, slow but sure. I just hope I can keep it up.
