I am in a rotten mood today, but will get over it. I have gout in my right heel that has been flaring up preventing me from doing any exercise and it's really starting to upset me. It normally only flairs up for 2-3 days, but this has been going on for almost a week. I can put no weight on my foot and any movement causes pain. I can't do my squats, can't walk, can hardly stand so lifting weights is out. It is starting to go down so hopefully by tomorrow, I can get back at this. I am starting to like exercise and I guess it's a good thing that I am missing it. Venting has helped me feel better, so will get back to work and maybe tomorrow I will be back at it.

Ugh I hate gout. It makes it hurt like hell to walk and sometimes when I am trying to sleep it just aches so bad. My gout is weird though. Rubbing it makes it feel alot better for a little while. I heard you can't even put a sheet on your foot or it will hurt and I am kinda the opposite. The suckiest part about my gout is that it travels around my foot so for a couple days it will be in the ankle, then it moves to the arch, then it moves to the big toe joint. Arg I hate it. The second worse part about gout is how after a week I start to get really depressed. It's horrible. I just got over a moderate case of it a week ago and I have been so glad its gone lol. Have your doctor give you Colchicine if you work at home and close to the bathroom haha.
