Well weigh in Wednesday is upon me and I got on the scale today for grins and I am up 1.5lbs, not a big surprise considering what I ate this weekend. I'm hoping that the water I've drank the last couple days will have an impact on my weight but I'm not very optimistic. I have only one class left and as I have said befor I am really gonna miss it. Last nites class was a good one on dining out, I'm hoping to apply some of the tips when I eat out. Today's caloric intake wasn't bad, salad for lunch and dinner. I know I am going to ravenous tomorrow morning, but I'll weigh in and then eat breakfast. Wish me luck for tomorrow, I'll be happy with even a little loss.
