Diario de AuntRainey, 13 sep. 12

I'm not on any kind of diet other than trying to be somewhat reasonable in what I eat. I'm working out almost daily but not keeping track of calories. I'm using the excuse that it's almost impossible to build muscle and lose weight at the same time, so I'm building muscle for a couple weeks before going back to losing weight.
It's is amazingly easy to gain 3 pounds while it takes a month to lose it. I'll see where I'm at when I get home in 5 days.
We keep eating at restaurants. And the kind of restaurants my dad goes to have extremely limited menu's. Sometimes you can only get deep fried chicken, or hamburgers, or like last night a huge burrito. I was very hungry to I ate the whole thing. I have no idea how many calories there were in it, and it's probably fortunate that I don't know.
I'm also eating a lot of weight watchers ice cream. At home that is a luxury. Here it is about the most responsible thing I have to eat. Except breakfast. I've been pretty good at holding it down to a large bowl of cereal with fruit. More than I would normally eat but still not too bad.
