OK,so I am finally back on track with recording on paper my food logs as well as in my fatsecret food log. I had a terrible caloric intake this weekend, I pretty much ate everything that wasn't nailed down. Aside from the obvious of too many calories, I plain don't feel good. I am still not able to do any exercise because of my foot, however the weather is turning nice and yesterday I was able to get out and trim 5 bushes, alot of sweating and bending and walking around the yard. This Wednesday is making nervous already, I had such a good week last week but since I over indulged I think I am going to pay for it. I think I am gonna try to double up on my water, hopefully that will help. Wish me luck.
