Well I don't think I did too bad on my vacation. I did gain a little, but now I am trying to get back to normal. It is hard to stay away from tasty foods after indulging. I think if I stay away from some things, I won't crave them as much. I always tell myself that something would taste really good right now, but when I eat it, it doesn't taste nearly as delicious as it did in my mind! I watched "I can make you thin" last night and I have been trying some tapping technique he talked about. I think it just helps to distract me and refoccus my thoughts, it does help though.
