I technically started my challenge today. I tried last week, but the flu wiped me out and I was unable to stick to my food choices. I also have a well problem which makes cooking a cleaning difficult.
So the day started good, had my usual big glass of ice cold water since I wake up every morning thirsty. I had my sugar free vanilla coconut milk latte at 7 am. I brought boiled eggs and a sausage to eat for breakfast at work, but never got the chance, so I ate them at 1:30 when I got off. I also at that time took my supplements:
3 fish oil raspberry keytones green coffee extract chromium picolanate d3
I got hungry after I got home from picking up the first child. So I ate my chicken/cilantro/onion/avocado salad at about 3 pm.
Picked up the next 2 kids, went to crossfit. The WOD was Fight Gone Bad, did 196. I feel I could have done better. Went and walked for an hour.
Came home and after all was said and done got to eat dinner at 9:30 pm. So my actual eating window if you don't count the latte is 1:30 to 9:30. I have a headache now, going to bed. Worried about having to move.
