back on the diet. not going to weigh in. This weekend was pretty bad. But its really hard to go out of town with the family and not eat.. so i said, just one day just one day.
So i had my day and now its going to be one hell of a week for me and exercise. Im going to try for an hour a day and eat around 1800. burn baby burn. seriously.
