Back to work today somehow I feel as if I do better workdays. I think it is the routine and know things need to be done in order. At home I can get off track easy.I just need to teach myself to do this on weekends too. I was so happy Sunday I not only walked but did a jog/run pace for part of the time. With God all things are possible!
