I have reached two new personal best since I was sidelined by an accident back in March. I completed 29 pullups on my final set (have done more with different routine), and recorded a 16-1/8" bicep! Pumped, literally pumped!

srossca, I do pullups three different ways throughout the week, one a simple pyramid without weights, second, I do pyramid with 30 lb weight, and third, I use a 40 & 50 lb weight and alternate sets between them. Always door to header except when going for max reps, then chin just above bar. My favorite exercise. I bought a pullup bar for $5 at a garage sale and have done thousands on it.
