So I have a 2 month old baby, I gained about 20kg during this pregnancy and this is my second one. I gained 27kg with my first which was in 2014, I managed to lose it all in a year and a half, I struggled to lose anything while I was breastfeeding so I only started to lose after six months. This time around I’ve decided to do things differently as I would like to lose the weight while breastfeeding. I would like to breastfeed my son for longer and don’t want to feel like crap while doing it because of the weight I haven’t shed from the pregnancy. So here it is, I weighed 88kg after giving birth in August, started training 4 weeks after giving birth and this past Monday I was on 85kg. I’m planning to make this a lifestyle change so that I keep the weight off.
