Diario de timshel, 15 ago. 07

Okay, so I fixed the munching over at Adilyn's house problem! I now watch her here! & I went out and bought some groceries today to help with the snacking.

breakfast: three scrambled eggs

lunch: tea & steamed veggies & a serving of cottage cheese

dinner: steak, onion, yellow/orange/red pepper, mushroom kabobs

I also walked the puppy twice for thirty minutes each time, and worked on my abs. So, all in all it was a fairly good day.

Looks like you had a great day. :) You are doing so well in your weight loss, I'm curious what kinds of things you snack on? I usually have diced cheese, almonds or a glass of Crystal Light (if I need something sweet). Oh, and I've been know to have a few slices of salami too. :) I find it helps when I remember that I'm setting an example for my baby. If she sees me snacking on healthy food, hopefully she will do the same thing.
