Today is going to be busy housework yard is completely in need of help. I just need to think of it as a really good workout with befits.I have decided to weigh-in once a week and not look at the scale till my weigh day to not feel the ups and downs of the week. have a great day and be blessed!

Good idea about only weighing in once a week. I did that for the first 3 months and saw my results much more clearly. I also weighed at the same time of day and wearing similar weight clothing. Since I am now nearing my weight loss adventure and am closing to be able to just "maintain," I have been weighing in a lot more and have been getting frusterated. I'm going to go back to once a week also. I was happier with that! :)

My 2 cents worth..... I weigh in everyday and I will eat accordingly!! I found that when I notice a few ounces higher I try harder!! I find weighing everyday keeps me on track!! But I do believe you know what you need to do to push yourself along!! I wish nothing but the best in your weightloss journey!!!

I agree with you in a way but also agree with PeggySu28, I also weight almost daily just to keep myself on track and motivated to keep eating right. Though frustrating at times, it does help me to eat better and then I also do an official weigh in once a week.
