9am: I had horrible sleep last night...bad racing thoughts so I slept in until 6am and skipped my morning yoga. I'm going to make up for it by going to a noon class today. I'm looking forward to it since it's been a few weeks since I've been in a class and would like to concentrate on other moves. I wonder after a restless night, is it still good to get up at your normal time to exercise?
