128. I've been at 129.6 for quite awhile - almost a month I think. I haven't been working out or climbing. I've been doing a small amount of cardio a couple times a week. And I haven't been following my diet as well as usual. Still, even a deficit of 300 calories a day 5 days a week would mean over a pound a month. I didn't mind the plateau and I'm not sure I believe 128. I never look like I've lost on the day I drop so I can't tell by that. I guess I'll see.
