I'm Hilary and I have always, always, always struggled with weight and food issues. I was a chubby child, an anorexic teen, and am overweight now in my 20's. I am a classic yo-yo dieter, but have been on a serious roller coaster over the last year. In the beginning of 2007 I worked really hard and lost 40 pounds fast. Then I went through a period of depression and gained 30 of it back in a very short amount of time. Luckily I regained my positive attitude and willpower and lost 20, only to put it right back on in a series of horrific holiday related binges. Since February 1st I've gotten back on track and lost nine pounds so far. I'm not trying to think about the fact that I'm on a diet and just be the healthiest me I can be. It's hard and much easier said than done, but I'm doing it!
