You can do it!!! I have found out from reading other FS members' journals that our "oops" are going to happen. The quicker I realize it when I have an oops the better - I start new and keep moving forward not looking back and NO feeling guilty. Also try mini goals of drinking 8 glasses of water a day or including a fruit or veggie with everymeal. You ARE going to do this!!!
