Diario de loosinisfun, 20 may. 10

gooooooooooood morning everyone...was really hard to take a day off yesterday an not go an get on that bike to no where or do a walk...and after supper last night i did give in an do a 20 min workout on the bike...didnt even feel like 20 min...lol..went so fast...rain is moving in right now..its not raining here..but on its way..so not sure if i can get a walk in before it starts...but gonna try...weight is starting to work its way down an im hoping in 4-5 days to post my rewards...im just as focused now as i was when i started...i kno why im not dropping the pounds like i once did, but just not sure how to get the end result...im guessing im eating more then im working off...or thats what im thinkin..even with a morning walk, and 2-3 bike routines..thats kinda what im thinkin..or else its water retention from when my knees feel puffy from the wrokouts...just not sure how to keep from retaining water when my knees feel puffy...well...il think about it on my morning walk..mabye i can figure out a solution...have a greattttttttt day everyone...and keep thinkin about how to keep that body guessin so you get that weight off....

just barely beat the rain...just kept steps ahead of it...lol...it even caught up with me once or twice..but was just a mist...now to head out an get on the bike to nowhere an do a hi-intensity workout...then errands to do..an back home for another workout...busy busy...

Excellent! I kind alike a light mist when I walk, so long aas it's not pouring and cold.

Hope the rain clears up. It is sunny here after a spell of rain, now it's hot and warm! :) Get that exercise in any way you can! :)
