Just created my own challenge. It officially starts in a week, but I am starting today. It's a Paleo/Crossfit challenge. My goal is to eat cleaner and get stronger. Planning my meals for this week right now. I have discovered how beneficial pinterst can be. Just pin the recipes I want then go to store and see what is available. I might even join one of those meal planning sites. Foodee has one, Chris Kresser has one, Wellness Mama has one.

It has been awesome the number of people who have complemented me on my journey. I looked back at my journals and remembered it took 4 months for me to battle my plateau.

End result...I don't know what weight I will be. I still got a heafty layer of body fat to get rid of. So that is my goal as far as weight. As far as Crossfit goes, that is easy. Do handstand push ups (I can't even visualize getting up against the wall upside down. Squats...I need to get under the bar to go with heavier weight and I can't do that if I can't squat, period. Improve endurance with regards to burpees and push ups. Finally skinned the cat for the first time. It wasn't pretty, but I got it done.
