I lost 9 lb's since I started. I can't believe it I know some is water weight or I don't even care what it is to be honest I had to get on the scale twice this morning I couldn't believe my eyes.
I started off with the scale not moving and now it's a going I hope it continues. And if not hope I still lose inches I will take anything.
I really feel committed I hope I stay committed..
