I noticed that even one day a week of eating 3-5 points more that week makes me not lose any weight. For two weeks I was 175 lbs. Since saturday I have been trying extra hard because I kept thinking after this weeks weight in that because I stayed the same I hit a platu. But it was like I was cheating myself because I knew what I was doing wrong. Then today After 4 days of being super good. And counting points to the dot. I saw 1 lbs weight loss on the scale this morning. So aviously it was not a platu. It was just me not counting the poinst right. I tend to do that. I am not sure why. I am only cheating myself.

Another thing I have been doing very different then I have ever done. Is if I cooked something or even when eating out, eat something that does not taste so good I will stop and tell myself that if this is not satisfying to me then leave it on the plate. It was as if before while not on a diet I felt that whether the food tasted good or bad it had to go down. Not anymore. If I dont like it and know that I will not be completly satisfied I leave it. Then later I find a snack that I really like and that is satisfying so that I get the thought of food out of the way.
