Well here we go again, weigh in Wednesday is upon me. I am pretty sure that I am not going to have a good result tomorrow. I haven't been able to get in any exercise in due to the pain in my foot, not happy about that. Caloric intake not too bad today, I am within my calories that I am supposed to eat, but still not feeling real satisfied and it doesn't seem to be holding me til the next meal.

1464 kcal Grasa: 49,11g | Prot: 91,11g | Carbh: 170,60g.   Desayuno: 1/2 fat free skim milk, special k cereal. Almuerzo: kroger fat free cottage cheese, simply pita chips, miracle whip, chicken of sea albacore tuna, tumaros multigrain tortilla, kraft american single, kroger lite lemon yogurt. Cena: brussel sprouts, meat loaf, pace picante sauce, minute rice. Pasa Bocas / Otros: york peppermint pattie, almonds, quaker true delights chewy granola bar. más...
