holy smokes! god am i tired today- didn't even talk to anyone ( i was so pooped out)
I was hoping to ride to work but i overslept, and i just felt really tired.
I will get my bike on the road tomorrow, and start pedaling to work.

The one thing that i enjoy about this diet is that I'm not starving....I tend to be ms cranky pants when i do get hungry. I was worried about the water intake i had to do- I'm not much a water buff- so i do carry a water bottle to work but also drink 4 glasses before i leave for work in the morning, and when i get home too.

The one thing i'm looking for is really quick breakfasts to make in the morn (under 15 mins to make and prepare)- i don't think i can eat eggs and bacon every.... single..... morning. But they are quick and simple to make in the morn (my brain doesn't really function until 9am)
I'm going to check out all recipes and this site for quick breckys.

I bought myself some Adkins Shakes Saturday at the grocery, I think at Sams Club it was 10.96 for a 12pk, 1 carb, and 15 grams of protein, lots of vitamins, and taste good, they've definately improved on the taste over the years. It's a quick breakfast for me.............
