Diario de baskington, 28 sep. 18

Bad night last night and kind of off and grumpy all day. Woke up at 2am and stayed up. Drank a coffee and waited until my husband left to get started on my work with the tanks.

been drinking coffee 2 times more to stay awake and a 5 hour energy. last one did not taste good so I dumped half of it.

Being bored I ate all my steak after having a couple eggs. I have to eat tonight or I will be up again. So, way over calories. Did my cardio bike and not worried about the extra hundred calories. I am not going to do more exercise to make it up. I may retain a little water from all the no no things I had today. But again I am not worried about it. I lost a little without intending to.

I have to figure out a balance to lose the fat and retain my weight.

Just felt icky all day. tomarrow will be better if I sleep well. sleep is so important.

Ugh what a crappy day! Not enough sleep just ruins everything. Hopefully you’ll get a good nights sleep tonight.

I sure hope that you get some sleep tonight - funny how many of us on here have sleep problems - it sure goes with eating in some mysterious kind of way :) Hope you figure out that balance soon - finding a balance seems like one of the hardest things to do but if anybody can it is you!!

I took a nice nap this afternoon -- helped make up for my sleepless nights this week! Maybe it was adding the magnesium!

thank you Nikeit I am still up so that is half the battle, when I am tired I keep falling asleep at 7 to 8 and then up after 6 hours. messes up my whole day

I do take the magnesium Texasgranny that is a daily for me. I just need to stay awake another hour and hopefully that will be enough to sleep in a bit anything after 3am is decent

Cheer up B I would guess this is just the lack of sleep that is dragging down your mood. When I'm strict on my keto .. I sometimes struggle to get off to sleep. One neat trick is a glass of warmed milk. Or save a little bit of your carb allowance for 2hrs before your bedtime. Both of those will help. All the best x

Baskington— glad to hear it! I actually got horrible sleep last night- thinking of you! It’s so hard to function without solid sleep!
