So glad its Monday, brand new week to get back on track from not such a good caloric weekend. Today I was under calories, but I'm still kinda hungry. We have 2 more classes, which makes me very sad, I really like going to the classes and having other people in my same situation that I can relate to, and they can relate as well. This weeks class was a good one because we all could relate, I don't know anyone who doesn't have stress that they are dealing with, and the tips given were really good ones instead of eating to get thru them.
