What an inspiration! Getting up at the same time every day is an ambitious goal, but I think you'll find it has a positive impact on your healthy pursuits. I used to do it when I was doing my long runs on Saturday morning, but now that I'm sidelined from that, I sleep late on weekends. I may just try to get up no later than 7:30 on weekends. That might work. Good luck to you--the yoga is a great way to take care of yourself.
