Diario de Mamagurg, 16 may. 10

Yesterday a very stressful day, Daughters baby shower it started out ok, but when I was finally able to take a breather I caved in and ate.Not that I ate terrible and I didn't go back for seconds but I really wasn't watching the portions so well ( you know a spoonful 1/2 of this and a spoonful and 1/2 of that. I ate 2 pieces of chicken no skin, I didn't eat the roles and I didn't have any candy, cookies or the cake. (so I guess that was good). However instead of just leaving it at that, I stopped and got my husband take out and I didn't get anything then but a little later he was still hungry and I got him taco bell, then I caved. SooooooooooBaaaaaaaaaaaaaad. no food entry yesterday cuz I don't know how to enter it, but the memory of what I ate is in a safe place, sitting right on my butt.
However today is the start of a new day, get back on track and not be so consumed with outside influences. Today the food intake will be much better choices than yesterday and the upcoming week will be better as well.
