Back from holiday last Wednesday,4lbs heavier than when I went,but straight back to calorie deficit and this morning I am just half a pound heavier so well satisfied with that.I watched what I ate whilst we were away but drank more,2 g+TS plus at least half a bottle of wine a day.We had a lovely time so not at all worried.Have a good week everyone.
