Diario de Sam Roseburg, 22 ago. 12

Ok so my first weeks goal was to track my food, I did that. My second weeks goal was to make better food choices. I'd say that I half-assed did that, smaller portions sizes was more what I did. Actually making better choices about what I consumed, well, that didn't exactly happen. So week three is upon me. The beginning of week three!!! My goal this week is to maintain my good record keeping in my food jornal AND to choose foods that are better for me nutritionally. I know that I won't be perfect with it, but an awareness is what I'm striving for here. I want to have a healthier life and I'm shooting for the nutrition part of it to be a huge portion of the foundation. When I eat better, I'm expecting my energy levels to go up, my self esteem to go up, and for my over all look at life to be brighter and happier. Sounds logical to me. :)
